Hands down some of the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. We took our van here and had Casey lie to our faces multiple times. She said she wasn’t able to get ahold of our warranty claims department so we just had to “wait”, after they had our van for 2 weeks, replaced the transmission and a coil, gave it back to us, the same day a check engine light on but it’s completely unrelated…. All of this to say when I called the same exact number I got straight through to a claims agent. I was standing in front of the service manager when I did this but he didn’t seem to care that his employee lied. His only advice to us, since they couldn’t offer us a loner, was to go across the street to the rental car place. His employee lied and cut corners and I can almost bet this isn’t the only or last time she or they will do this. Highly recommend finding anywhere else to take your vehicles to.

Extremely Disappointing — Failure to Perform Paid Services and Refusal to Take Responsibility This has been an extremely unacceptable experience with this dealership. My sister owns a brand-new vehicle with fewer than 50,000 miles and has done everything a responsible vehicle owner is expected to do. She has consistently brought the vehicle in for its scheduled maintenance, on time, and has taken excellent care of it. She trusted this dealership to properly perform and document the services she was paying for. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. She was charged over $500 for services that the dealership represented would be performed, yet the services were not properly completed. Despite bringing the issue to their attention, the dealership has refused to provide a refund or otherwise make the situation right. What is most concerning is not simply that a service may have been improperly performed. Mistakes happen. The real issue is the dealership’s refusal to acknowledge the problem, accept responsibility, or provide an appropriate resolution after being paid for work that was not properly completed. A customer should not have to pay hundreds of dollars for maintenance and then discover that the work they paid for was not actually done as represented. This is especially concerning when the customer has followed the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance schedule and relied on the dealership to protect the condition and value of a relatively new vehicle. We have retained the service records, invoices, and documentation relating to this matter. At this point, this is no longer simply a matter of being dissatisfied with customer service. It is a matter of being charged for services that were represented as completed and then being denied a reasonable resolution when the failure was brought to the dealership’s attention. I strongly recommend that anyone servicing their vehicle here carefully review every invoice, obtain documentation of exactly what was performed, and independently verify that the services they are paying for were actually completed. A reputable dealership should stand behind the work it charges customers for. Refusing to take accountability after being confronted with a legitimate service issue is unacceptable and has completely destroyed our trust in this dealership. We expected professionalism, transparency, and accountability. Instead, we received none of the three. I would strongly encourage management to review this matter, the service documentation, and the charges associated with this visit. Customers deserve better than being charged hundreds of dollars and then being told, in effect, that the dealership is unwilling to correct its own failure.

Service writers are very professional. Service was done within the time mentioned. Would highly recommend them. Yes prices are higher than some other places, the technicians are trained on these vehicles.

If you buy a new car and purchase add on with it such as window tint they only warranty that for 1 year from defects. But if you go to any other local business that does window tint locally and paying the same price you would pay the dealership they warranty the tent for the life of the car. Don't pay to have any window tint put on your car at this dealership go down the road pay the same price and get a lifetime warranty. I was passed off to another salesman who did not get back with me in a timely manner. The sad thing about this is that over the last 18 years my family has bought at lease 8 cars there. We went another way to buy out our lease and purchase the vehicle. Probably our last Skillman purchase.

I bought a 2024 Kia telluride in 2024 brand new, paid it off & it’s falling apart. The service department is TERRIBLE. They will go in circles to have you believe their fixing it & it having to continue coming back. I made an appointment for today took it there lastnight & they have had my car all day wait to call until 4 o’clock to tell me they haven’t touched my car and have to keep until tomorrow, no can do I have children and need my vehicle. Andrew Pittman the service manager is just about impossible to get ahold of. The two front seats the stitching is coming undone & they fixed the driver side only for it to not match the passenger side and now they are giving me the run around on why it’s not been fixed. Terrible service and I would have NEVER bought a vehicle from here if I knew how shitty the service dept was

Great service but I was disappointed that it took 3 days to get my car diagnosed, even though I had an appointment. I bought the car here new. The service writer that I had was excellent and I am completely happy with the repair. I have an extended warranty, so it only cost me a small deductible.

Everyone in each department is very knowledgeable and courteous. We were treated very well always.

Liars. Deceitful. They provide a service, If you are wanting to sell a car without buying one, they'll tell you a "big" number to get ya there, then seriously undercut it. In my case, the offer was $7800 over the phone, then $6400 in person. Didn't offer a reason for the difference. No scratches, no dents, no mechanical issues, very well maintained. Don't waste your time.
